Our CTE135 can be used indoors on 240V power which is normally used inside buildings. If a suitable supply is not available we can provide power at an additional cost.
All outdoor hires are subject to weather conditions, especially strong winds which would necessitate cancellation. Under such circumstances we will rebook another date at the first available opportunity at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to request a written surveyors report detailing ground conditions where the hired equipment is to be set up.
Congestion charge will be charged at prevailing rate for delivery and collection within, or through the zone.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide or pay for parking as applicable. Please note that to enable loading/unloading the lift, 3 car parking spaces / bays are required if no off street facilities are available. It is the hirer's responsibility to provide the parking facilities required.
We reserve the right to charge £100 for cleaning if the equipment is returned significantly dirty.
We will accept no responsibility for any damage to paths, and underground drainage or buried service cables etc. The CTE Z20 weighs 3.5 tons or 4.5 tons depending on exact vehicle and the CTE Traccess 135 weighs 1.6 tons.and Manitou app 5 ton It is the hirer's responsibility to make sure that the surface is capable of taking the necessary load.

All equipment is hired out under the 2011 CPA Model Conditions without exception, these terms and conditions are in addition and do not replace the CPA 2011 model conditions, a copy can be found
A non refundable £100 booking deposit will be requested for all new hires, the £1000 deposit payment will be taken by pre-authorisation, please note you will be liable for the first £1000 of any damage to the platform or telehandler
The hirer may be responsible for all fuel, oil, grease, and day to day maintenance while the hired equipment is in their possession (ask for more details).
The hirer is responsible for making sure the hired equipment is secure, especially when unattended.
The cost of delivery and collection will be added to the final bill, cost is dependant on distance.
It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that the hired equipment will be returned in a clean and undamaged state or a cleaning charge will be applied.
It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that the hired equipment will be suitable for the job required including accessibility, ground conditions etc, as there will be no refund.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to notify us of any cancellation for what ever reason, before 6pm of the day before hire. Failing this all charges agreed will be payable in full.
